Preheat oven to 425°F. Slit film over family entree; microwave on HIGH 8 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir mixed vegetables into turkey and gravy. Microwave an additional 4 minutes.
Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mashed potatoes in bottom of dish. Top potatoes evenly with turkey slices and vegetable-gravy mixture.
Combine baking mix and milk in bowl just until blended. Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top of turkey mixture to make 8 biscuits. Bake 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Use leftover mashed potatoes or make 6 servings instant mashed potatoes for the bottom layer.
'Original baking mix' is a pre-mixed, multi-purpose baking mix, commonly with sugar, salt, butter or oil and leavening agents added. You can prepare your own at home, from common pantry staples, or for your convenience purchase in the baking aisle of your local grocery store (near the flour).
