3 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons chili seasoning for fruit
2 cups shredded jicama
2 cups tri-color coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Whisk together oil, orange juice and chili seasoning in large bowl until blended. Add jicama, coleslaw mix and cilantro. Toss to combine.
