Tender strips of beef with tomatoes, broccoli and chopped orange in a zippy Caribbean sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped (1/2 large = about 1 cup)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bottled Caribbean jerk sauce
  • Cooked brown rice, optional

Directions
  1. Place broccoli and 1 tablespoon water in microwavable bowl; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; drain. Sprinkle steak strips evenly with pepper.
  2. Cook steak strips and onion in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes, or just until steak is brown on all sides, stirring frequently. Drain. Add tomatoes, broccoli, orange and sauce. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes, or until hot and sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve over brown rice, if desired.

Okay but it needs more liquid. Either more Caribbean jerk sauce or maybe add a little water or orange juice.
