6 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups whole milk
3 oz bourbon, optional
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
Additional Reddi-wip for serving

Whisk together egg yolks, sugar and salt in large saucepan. Slowly whisk in milk. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until eggnog is thickened and coats the back of a spoon (160°F). This will take about 30 minutes.
Strain into large bowl and stir in bourbon (if using), vanilla and nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.
Whisk Reddi-wip into homemade eggnog just before serving, top holiday drink with additional Reddi-wip and enjoy.
