1 pkg (18 oz each) Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton's Southern Style Banana Cake Mix
3 mashed ripe bananas (about 1-1/4 cups)
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray five 5.75x3.25-inch disposable aluminum mini loaf pans with cooking spray.
Whisk cake mix, bananas, eggs, milk, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves together in a large bowl until well blended, about a minute.
Divide batter evenly into loaf pans, about 1-1/4 cups each. Sprinkle brown sugar over and dust with a little more cinnamon, if desired.
Place loaf pans on a baking sheet and bake 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool holiday banana bread completely in pans on wire rack.
