Great basic recipe, I grew up cooking in my famillys restaurant so i like tweeking things. Changed the green onion to sweet onion, used chopped garlic and sea salt to make a paste to taste. added red pepper flakes to taste and a hint of cumin powder. Results were excellent. The rotel added a perfect balance.I got turned on to Rotel in college after a 4 year tour with the U.S. NAVY. Nothing better late nite for college kids than the Queso Dip.
