PAM® Grilling Spray
2 medium ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 limes = 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
1 tablespoon seeded, chopped jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 avocado (ripe but not too soft)
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
8 tuna steaks, 1-inch thick (8 steaks = about 2-1/2 lb)

Make relish: Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Place corn on grill. Roast about 10 minutes or until corn begins to turn golden, turning after 5 minutes. Remove corn to cool. Mix together lime juice, vinegar, red onion, green onions, 1 tablespoon oil, jalapeno pepper and cilantro in medium bowl. When corn is cool enough to handle, cut kernels from ears and add to lime juice mixture. Pit, peel and chop avocado; add to corn mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; gently fold ingredients to combine. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Grill tuna: Maintain grill at medium heat. Brush tuna steaks with remaining 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Grill tuna steaks 3 minutes per side or until meat thermometer inserted near center reaches 145°F and tuna is very pink in center. (Cook time may need adjustment depending on thickness of tuna.)
Serve tuna steaks topped with the Roasted Corn & Avocado Relish.
