Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Mix turkey, onion, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and garlic powder in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 8 patties, about 1/4-inch thick.
Place rolls on warming rack or over indirect heat on grill; heat 8 to 10 minutes or to desired color and crispness (165°F). Meanwhile, grill patties 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in centers (165°F). Top patties with cheese.
Carefully, cut each roll in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise evenly on rolls. Place patties on rolls; top each with lettuce, two pickles and tomato, securing in place with wooden pick. Serve with sweet potato fries, if desired.
If you prefer to make your own chipotle mayo stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in small bowl. Proceed with recipe as directed.
