Preheat gas grill for medium-high heat. Combine chicken, drained tomatoes and barbecue sauce in medium bowl.
Place four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy aluminum foil on counter. Spray each with cooking spray. Place a flour tortilla in middle of each piece of foil. Spoon meat mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; sprinkle meat with about 1/3 cup cheese. Fold the two lengthwise sides of each tortilla over filling. Double fold top and ends of each piece of foil, leaving space for steam to gather.
Place packets on grate; cover grill. Grill 10 minutes or until filling is hot. Carefully open packets. Cut each into pieces and top with sour cream.
Packets may be baked on shallow pan in 425°F oven 15 minutes or until filling is hot and tortillas are crisp.
