A refreshing, quickly prepared, no cook chicken salad, using canned chicken with an orange ginger stir fry sauce/mayonnaise dressing, served on crunchy coleslaw mix

  • 2/3 cup (1/2 of 12.5-oz can) drained chunk chicken breast
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons La Choy® Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 cups tri-color coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  1. Combine chicken, stir fry sauce and mayonnaise in medium bowl until chicken is coated evenly.
  2. Place 1 cup coleslaw mix on each serving plate. Top each with about 1/3 cup chicken salad and sprinkle with green onions.
