2 bags (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Cauliflower Florets
2 large egg whites
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
1 pkg (3.5 oz each) pepperoni
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
additional pepperoni, black olive slices, large Canadian-style bacon slice, for decorating

Preheat oven to 420°F. Line 13x18-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spray parchment with olive oil spray.
Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Pour into food processor bowl and pulse until cauliflower is finely chopped. Carefully pour onto kitchen towel in single layer; cool 2 to 3 minutes.
Twist towel to squeeze liquid from cauliflower (removing about 1 cup). Place drained cauliflower in medium bowl. Stir in egg whites, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and pepper until well blended.
Spread cauliflower pizza crust mixture on to pan, pressing lightly to edge of pan with hands and shape it into a ghost. Spray top of crust with olive oil spray. Bake 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Remove cauliflower pizza crust from oven and pull parchment to slide crust off the pan. Invert pan onto crust and flip the crust back onto the pan. Peel off parchment. Continue baking 5 to 10 minutes, until crust is brown and crisp.
Spread sauce over cooked cauliflower pizza crust. Place pepperoni over sauce and sprinkle cheese all over the top of the pizza. Bake 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Decorate baked cauliflower crust pizza ghost with pepperoni and olive eyes and a Canadian bacon mouth. Slice and enjoy!
