1 pkg (10.1 oz each) Gardein® Golden Fishless Filets
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Vlasic® Mild Yellow Banana Pepper Rings
1 pkg (10 oz each) tri-color coleslaw mix
6 corn or flour tortillas (6 inch), heated

Prepare fishless filets according to package.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and a splash of liquid from the banana peppers. Toss coleslaw mix in dressing.
Cut the fishless filets in half and place in the tortillas. Top with dressed slaw and banana peppers and serve.
Spray fishless filets with Pam® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray before baking for extra crispy fish.
