1/2 cup apple flavored bourbon whiskey
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 apple, chopped
1 under-ripe pear, chopped
1 orange, sliced
1 bottle (750 ml each) white wine (choose your favorite! Savignon blanc works great)

Stir together apple bourbon, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, apples, pear and orange in large pitcher. Pour in white wine. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Fill glasses with ice. Pour fall white sangria into glasses and garnish with fruit. Top each glass off with nitro creamer.
