1/4 cup agave sweetener
1-1/2 cups Udi’s™ Vanilla Granola
1 cup Glutino® Pretzel Twists
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons chia seeds
shredded coconut, optional

Place peanut butter and agave nectar in large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high 20 seconds. Place granola and pretzels in resealable bag and lightly crush into small bits.
Stir granola, pretzels, chocolate and chia seeds into peanut butter. With wet hands, form mixture into 14 eggs. Roll in coconut, if desired. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
