2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in small pieces
6 tablespoons ice water
2 cans (21 oz each) Duncan Hines® Comstock® Simply Cherry, Apple or Blueberry Pie Filling
sugar or cinnamon sugar, optional

Stir together flour, sugar and salt in medium bowl. Toss butter pieces with flour mixture and use your hands or a pastry blender to mash the butter into the flour until it is in pea-sized pieces. Pour in water and stir just until moistened and dough holds together. You may need to add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
Divide pie crust dough in half, shape and flatten each half into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Adjust oven rack to lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll one disc into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Place in pie pan. Pour pie filling into crust. Roll second disc into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface, place on top of pie and crimp the edges. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar. Cut slits in top of pie. Place pie on baking sheet and bake 1 hour, until golden brown.
