1 can (15.5 oz each) Brooks® Chili Beans
2 tablespoons chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 cup sour cream or Mexican Crema
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Add the Brooks Chili Beans, chipotles with adobo sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until slightly chunky. Do not drain the Brooks Chili Beans beforehand.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until the bean dip is warmed and the cheeses are nicely melted.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes, peppers and herbs.
