A vegetarian chili recipe made easily with two different beans, peppers, onion and spices -- perfect for the big game or any gathering

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 2 cups frozen bell pepper strips
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) beans in chili seasoned sauce, undrained
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 4 cans (8 oz each) or one 33.5-oz carton Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
 
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onion; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to saucepan; stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

It is simple and Mmmm good.. It is in the crock pot as we speak..A dish that you can doctor it up with spices,, t your taste.
