Preheat oven to 350°F. Place paper liners in 24 muffin cups.
Whisk together cake mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in large bowl until well blended. Stir in half of the Fruity Pebbles™ Cereal. Reserve remaining cereal for decorating.
Bake 16 to 19 minutes, until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
Frost cupcakes evenly with frosting and decorate with reserved Fruity Pebbles™ just before serving.
