Preheat oven to 350°F. Place paper liners in 24 muffin cups.
Blend cake mix, 4 green pudding cups, egg whites and vegetable oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer at low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter into muffin cups.
Bake 16 to 19 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cupcakes from pans and cool completely.
Pour cornflakes into large resealable freezer bag. Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Place 1/2 cup frosting in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, until melted. Stir in black food coloring. Pour frosting into bag with cornflakes, seal and shake to coat. Pour onto baking sheet to dry.
Use the end of a spoon to poke a small hole in each cupcake. Pour 2 red pudding cups into a resealable freezer bag. Cut off 1 corner and fill cupcakes evenly with pudding.
Frost cupcakes lightly with remaining frosting and decorate with colored cornflakes. Spray shimmering food color mist over cupcakes and enjoy!
