Preheat oven to 325°F. Place each color candy in separate bags and crush. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet in rows so that the colors touch and will melt together. Bake about 10 minutes; candy should be melted but not bubbling. Let cool completely and drop cookie sheet from about 1 foot up to break into shards. Set aside.
While candy is cooling, place 6 cookies into a bag and crush. Sprinkle evenly over the top of pudding cups.
Place remaining cookies into a bag and crush. Place in a medium bowl with cream cheese and stir together. Divide into 6 even balls, roll each into an egg shape and insert a 3 ½ “lollipop stick into each one. Freeze 15 minutes.
Melt white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave according to package directions. Cover in sprinkles as desired and place stick into a block of foam until chocolate is hardened.
Arrange 3 or 4 candy flame shards at the back of each pudding cup and then insert one dragon egg into each pudding cup, using the candy shards for support if needed.
