1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons Earth Balance® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING:
1 can (14 oz each) coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder

Pour the shake into the glass and top with a cookie and coconut whipped cream.
For the Coconut whipped cream: Carefully scoop out the hardened coconut cream into a large bowl, setting aside the water to use another day.
