5 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
10 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside. Melt Blue Bonnet and unsweetened and semisweet chocolate squares in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and orange extract in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low. Add melted chocolate mixture; mix well. Add flour, salt and baking powder; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
Drop dough in 1/3 cups evenly onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake 15 minutes or until centers are set. Remove from baking sheets. Remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
