Fresh broccoli salad recipe combines broccoli florets, raisins and crunchy sunflower kernels in a creamy curry flavored dressing

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets, quartered
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup DAVID® Sunflower Kernels, Roasted & Salted
  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey and curry powder in large bowl until well blended. Add broccoli, raisins and sunflower kernels to mayonnaise mixture; toss lightly.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
