1 pound frozen crispy potato tots
1 bag (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables
1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup lower sodium beef broth
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup, for serving

Bake or air fry potato tots according to package directions. Microwave mixed vegetables according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350°F or reduce oven temperature to 350°F after baking potato tots. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef in skillet with onion until beef is crumbled and browned, about 6 minutes. Drain and set beef aside.
Return empty skillet to stovetop and reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in skillet and whisk in flour; cook 1 minute. Whisk in broth, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bring to a boil. Cook until thick, about a minute. Stir in cooked ground beef and cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over ground beef and vegetables. Top with potato tots. Bake crispy potato tot casserole 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
