2 long baguettes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground sirloin beef (90% lean)
1 can (15 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shredded smoked or sharp Cheddar cheese

Toast bread slices in toaster oven or under oven broiler until golden brown; set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add beef and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until crumbled and browned. Add Sloppy Joe sauce; cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and salt.
Assemble appetizers by placing a spoon of Sloppy Joe mixture on each toast piece and topping with some cheese. It's OK if the Sloppy Joe spills off each toast.
