4 envelopes (0.96 oz each) Swiss Miss® Simply Cocoa Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 envelope (.25 oz each) unflavored gelatin
1 cup half-and-half
1 container (6 oz each) raspberry lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Place cocoa mix in small glass bowl. Stir water and gelatin together in another small glass bowl; let stand 1 minute. Microwave gelatin mixture on HIGH 30 seconds or until gelatin dissolves. Pour hot mixture over cocoa mix and whisk until cocoa dissolves; set aside.
Whisk half-and-half, yogurt and vanilla in large bowl until mixture is thick and bubbles have formed. Gradually add cocoa mixture, whisking until combined. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Whisk mousse until smooth and light. Divide evenly into individual serving dishes. Top each with raspberries and a serving of Reddi-wip just before serving.
If you prefer chocolate mousse without the raspberry flavor, simply replace the raspberry yogurt with plain low-fat yogurt.
To further reduce fat and add additional protein and calcium, replace half-and-half with evaporated milk.
