1/2 cup Orville Redenbacher's® Gourmet® Popping Corn
5 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
8 tablespoons butter, divided
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
1-1/3 cups chocolate mint candy pieces or creme de menthe baking chips, divided

Spray large bowl, rubber spatula and piece of waxed pepper with cooking spray; set aside. Pop kernel corn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels and place half of popped corn (about 8 cups) in bowl.
Place 2-1/2 cups marshmallows, 4 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup cocoa in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until marshmallows melt and mixture blends together smoothly when stirred.
Pour marshmallow mixture over popped corn in bowl. Toss with rubber spatula to coat.
Add 2/3 cup candy pieces or baking chips and stir to combine. Divide mixture and shape into 6 balls. Place on waxed paper.
Repeat above steps with remaining popped corn, marshmallows, butter, cocoa and candy pieces or baking chips.
If desired, add 1 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur to ingredients in step 3; stir to combine before pouring over popped corn. Use another tablespoon liqueur with remaining ingredients.
