1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
3/4 cup Smart Balance® Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup whole milk
2 egg
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Stir peanut butter, milk and eggs into dry ingredients just until blended.
Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter into pan.
Bake until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean in center, 60 to 80 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before turning the bread out. Slice and serve!
Instead of chocolate chips, try with dried cranberries or raisins. This bread is fantastic toasted with butter and jam or made into French toast!
