1/4 cup Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce
4 slices mozzarella-style vegan cheese
2 cups arugula
2 Italian bread rolls (round, 4")

Cook Gardein® Seven Grain Crispy Tenders according to package directions.
For each panini, layer 1 tablespoon sauce, half of the tenders, another tablespoon of sauce and then 2 slices of cheese on bottom of roll.
Top with arugula and top of roll.
Press in panini maker (or use skillet or grill pan) until cheese is melted.
Sandwich can be built and cooked in the oven for easier prep. Top with arugula and top half of roll after baking.
