  • 2 teaspoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 pound ground chuck beef (80% lean)

  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine 1/4 cup of the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in small bowl; set aside. Lightly spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Mix beef, egg, soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and the remaining ketchup in large bowl until well combined. Divide meat mixture into 4 portions (about 1 cup each) and form into 5x2x1-inch loaves. Arrange in prepared pan.

I love these cheesy meatloaves. This is my go to recipe when I am wanting meatloaf. Makes great meatloaf sandwiches if there is any leftover for the next day.

This made for a really simple weeknight dinner. I love meatloaf and have several different recipes. This one falls under one of my favorites. I didn't make the mini meatloaves, but instead just made one big meatloaf. Obviously that has to cook longer. I baked it for 50 minutes and then topped it with the sauce, baked another 10 minutes and it was done. Served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
