2 black tea bags
1 cup water
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/3 cup Reddi Wip® Barista Series Sweet Foam
In a small sauce pan bring water to a boil, add tea bags, and remove from heat to steep for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another small sauce pan heat the milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and all spice over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove the teabags from the first sauce pan and then add the hot tea to the hot milk mixture, stir to combine.
Divide between two mugs and top with sweet foam. Stir before you sip to get the full flavor as the spices tend to settle. Relax and enjoy!
