1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 oz each) Manwich® Bourbon BBQ Sloppy Joe Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, drained, chopped
12 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup crushed pork rinds

Cook ground pork in large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and browned, about 8 minutes; drain. Season pork with chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Stir in Manwich; bring to a simmer.
Stir together mayonnaise and jalapeno in small bowl. To serve, spread some jalapeno mayo on tortillas and top evenly with meat, cheese, lettuce and pork rinds.
