This is my go-to for a quick and super tasty dinner after a busy day! We don't eat red meat, so I use ground turkey instead. My teenagers actually request this meal! Snaps and claps!

my family loves this meal. it is so quick and easy. i did use black beans and i added mild jalapino peppers at the end, and sliced black peppers and cilantro and then sprinkled cheese on top.instead of putting the chips in we ate it like nachos. soooo good.

This is one of our faves at home and my go to dinner when I need something tasty fast. It's one of my 1 year old's favorite meals too. He always eats it all.
