** Don't stretch the dough out thin!!!** I did so without thinking (as I usually do when using canned pizza dough) and the rolls fell apart. They were more like BBQ-Chicken-Piles :) But very good nonetheless! Next time I would add a little more BBQ and onion, and maybe red pepper flakes as someone else recommended (it was a little blah for me, perfect for the kids).

This turned out great I added a bit of pepper flakes to the crust before I added real chicken very tasty and easy for on the go

I let my daughter pick this out (4 years old) and she loved it. We used a real chicken breast baked before hand chopped up, and baby spinach leaves to get some veggies into it, and left the onions out since we don't like them.

loved it! When I make it again, I might throw in a veggie or two...

These roll-ups are absolutely delicious! We use real chicken breast (not canned) and add a bit more bbq sauce than the recipe calls for. All in all, a delicious snack that my boyfriend & son love.
