1 pkg (8 oz each) thinly sliced cooked beef
1 bottle Bernstein's® Italian Dressing & Marinade
1/2 pound mushrooms washed and halved
1 can (14 oz each) artichoke hearts in water, drained
1/2 pound firm ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup thinly sliced celery
12 large stuffed green olives
1/2 pound red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Combine beef, dressing and mushrooms in large nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Cover or close bag.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine well. Serve as a side salad or on sliced crusty bread. Refrigerate any leftover antipasto.
