CRUST:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
6 tablespoons cold water
FILLING:
5 large Fuji apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
TOPPING:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
Reddi-wip® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping made with Almond Milk

CRUST: Stir together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar and salt in large bowl. Cut in coconut oil with a pastry blender until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to a 9-inch pie pan and flute the edges. Refrigerate 1 hour.
FILLING: Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together apples, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, lemon juice, cinnamon and salt. Pour apples into chilled crust.
TOPPING: Stir together flour, brown sugar, sliced almonds and almond extract in medium bowl. Cut in coconut oil until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Cook on baking sheet 55 to 60 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling. Cool 2 hours, slice and serve with Reddi-wip.
