Preheat air fryer to 325°F and line racks or basket with parchment paper.
Stir together cake mix, melted butter, and eggs in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in mix-ins.
Using a cookie scoop, form dough into balls, about 2-tablespoons each. Place balls on lined fryer racks, 2-inches apart. Press dough balls to flatten into 2-inch discs. Air fry cookies in batches until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. If you have a toaster oven style air fryer, keep an eye on them, they may cook faster.
Let cookies cool 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Cake mix cookies can also be baked in a conventional oven at 350°F for 9 to 12 minutes.
Cookie dough disks can be frozen and baked right out of the freezer, just increase cooking time by 2 minutes. Make extra to have on hand whenever the craving for fresh cookies strikes!
