How to make grilled pizza

Nothing beats the smell of a freshly baked pizza from the oven… unless you grill one! Pizza thrives in high heat, which is why using your grill is like having your own personal pizza oven at home. Plus, you get to be outside and enjoy the day. (Here, have a beer.) So bust out your grill, pick out a recipe, and let’s get to work.

What you'll need

  • Gas or charcoal grill
  • Propane or charcoal
  • Grill tongs or spatula
  • Prebaked pizza crust
  • Oil
  • Brush or paper towel
  • Sauce and toppings of your choice (see recipes below)

Step 1: Preheat the Grill

Spray grill grates with PAM® grilling and set to medium heat.

Step 2: Brush It Off

Brush the bottom and top edge of your prebaked pizza crust with oil.

Step 3: Perfect your Pie

Finally, heat on the grill 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat or until cheese is melted, rotating the pizza for even heating if needed.
