Made this tonight and it turned out a lot better than I expected! I used a dash of Worcestershire like one of the other comments suggested. I would have been ok without the cheese on top as well. Also, I only used half of a small onion and thought it was a tad "oniony" to my liking. I cooked it for an extra 15 minutes on 350 with foil over them because I noticed they were burning on the surface but I have an old apartment oven that probably needs recalibrated. Overall, it was a delicious dinner that my toddler didn't mind eating. I will be making this quite often.
