Sweet tangy barbecue-style beans for an entrée that is both fast and delicious

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (28 oz each) Van Camp's® Vegetarian Beans in Sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz each) butter beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1/3 cup Hunt's® Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
 
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low; heat 8 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.

Great recipe! It was a lazy Sunday, and nobody felt like cooking a large meal. I made this recipe and added a carrot salad and some smothered potatoes! The entire meal took 20 minutes! Thanks so much!
