This is an outstanding dish. Where it says (at bottom) to discard rest of sauce. DON"T! Mix it in with some leftover hamburger and you have a great tasting burger. When I make this now, I double the sauce recipe so i can have a whole amount for hamburgers or even ribs.

For food safety and to prevent cross contamination when you brush the chicken, we recommend doubling the sauce portion of the recipe and reserving half in an airtight container. Refrigerate for future use (burgers, ribs, other grilled items, etc.) Use remaining half of sauce to prepare the Sweet and Spicy Asian BBQ Chicken recipe as directed.
