Quick, easy and versatile. Add hot sausage or shrimp and you are on the way to a basic jambalaya. Good meal!

Very good, easy and inexpensive to make.I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Also used eckrich skinless beef sausage since my family loves it.

I made this for supper last night with one change, I used garlic cheese sausage instead of franks. It was quick, easy and very tasty - the sausage gave it just enough spice as neither my husband or I like very spicy foods. We thought it was delicious and we had plenty left over for lunch or another meal.

It was good it make a lot and is very filling. I would put more vegies in it such as carrots or celery but other wise it was simple to make and very good.
