There is no other words to describe this dish than TO DIE FOR!!! I bought a small jar of Classico Basil and Garlic Pesto and I used a little over a half a cup of it in the tomato mixture. Then boiled up about 4 servings of angel hair pasta and mixed the rest of it in the hot pasta. I served the steaks over the pasta and served it with a fresh tossed salad I made with homemade ranch over romaine lettuce with the shredded Parmesan. If you love Italian, you can't go wrong with this recipe!!! Next time, I am going to make this with Rotel and beans over the steaks and serve it over Spanish rice with a side of Mexican corn (my husband prefers Mexican food over Italian).
