As always, I try to make recipes a little easier or healhier. With this one, I used turkey bacon in place of bacon and cooked it crispy like my family likes it. I also used a can of no salt added peas. I wasn't sure about the spicy brown mustard with my kids, but they really enjoyed it. It was an easy way to get them to eat their veggies! Who does like something when you add bacon!
