Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine pretzels and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until pretzels are finely crushed. Add 1/4 cup melted Earth Balance® spread and continue to pulse until well mixed. With a rubber spatula, firmly press mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining 1/4 cup melted Earth Balance® spread, brownie mix, eggs, and beer in a medium bowl. Stir until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread brownie batter evenly over pretzel crust.
Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir to combine. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture over brownie batter and use a knife to swirl peanut butter mixture through brownie batter to create marbled effect.
Bake 25 to 28 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool. Cut into 24 squares and serve.
