2 bananas, sliced, frozen
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetener
1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping and chopped peanuts, optional

Combine bananas, yogurt, egg whites, milk, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in blender; process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with Reddi-wip and peanuts, if desired. Serve immediately.
Keep frozen sliced bananas on hand for delicious smoothies. If you don't have frozen bananas on hand, slice and place on cookie sheet that will fit in your freezer; place sheet in freezer for 30 minutes. Then store in freezer food storage bag.
This makes a thick, rich smoothie; add additional milk if you prefer a lighter consistency.
