Creamy citrus smoothie with the added benefit of protein

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, optional
 
Directions
  1. Place milk, concentrate and Egg Beaters in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice, banana, honey and vanilla; cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass. Top with Reddi-wip, if desired.
