1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place cauliflower and water in medium microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway.
Mash cauliflower with potato masher until smooth. Stir in cheese, onions, Parkay and salt.
