1 cup unsalted cashews, macadamia nuts or pecans, toasted
1/2 cup dried cranberries
6 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 cups maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt

Line large shallow baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels.
Place popped corn, nuts and cranberries in large bowl; toss together.
Combine butter, maple syrup and salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil 18 to 20 minutes, without stirring, until mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer.
Pour syrup mixture over popcorn mixture and stir briskly with wooden spoon sprayed with cooking spray. Immediately spread popcorn mixture in pan. Cool completely. Break into bite-size pieces. Store in tightly sealed container.
