2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons La Choy® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
8 chicken drumsticks (about 2-1/2 pounds)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place jalapenos, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, onion powder, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, salt and black pepper in food processor; pulse until smooth.
Line 13x9-inch glass baking dish with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish. Spoon half of seasoning mixture on chicken; turn chicken over. Spoon remaining mixture on top and sides. Let stand 15 minutes.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and tender (180°F).
